I am asking for an easel and two packs of dry erase markers. The ease and markers will be used to display big books, large alphabet cards, poems, and writing charts during their reading lessons. The easel will allow the students to get a better view of the illustrations which will help them to be more attentive and engaged. The students are sometimes asked to draw their favorite character after a story is read and write a sentence explaining why. During math lessons the students really get excited when they get to practice writing their numbers, drawing their objects for addition and subtraction, and drawing picture graphs.
