I am very fortunate to have been given 3 older generation Apple ipads by a supportive person in my community. However, they need good, kid-proof protective cases. Kindergarteners will drop them. They are 5 years old. I don't want to put the device in their hands to utilize, knowing it may break. The screen especially may break. I am a mother, as well as a teacher. The iPad my children used when they were small, had an Otterbox protective case which worked like a charm. The iPad stayed safe and dry despite drops, spills, and other mishaps. I would like to put this same case on the iPads in my classroom so they will be used and protected. The cases are quite pricey, however, they definitely defend the device, hence the name, Defeneder.
