By letting every student start off with equal fitting, the pressure of students lacking what other have eliminates frustration which allows more ability to learn carefree. Students are able to use supplies provided by the teacher to focus more on their learning in the classroom especially for the students who transfer straight from over seas. For example within all math classes, the greatest tool is a pencil. It sets the tone to be okay to make mistakes because it comes with an eraser attach to it. Also to make math more interesting we add color to text and projects and make it more engaging to students than traditional black and white.
