Students tend to be distracted and unproductive when they are uncomfortable. With flexible seating, students are able to find more comfortable positions around the room. This helps to calm students and helps them stay focused and more productive. Students can take turns pairing up and collaborating in groups with flexible seating options. Bean bags and the portable writing surfaces can be used just about anywhere around the room. Students love bean bags, and I appreciate their movability and easy clean-up! The bean bags will also be used in the classroom "Peace Corner." This area will help students that need to regulate their physical and emotional state.
