STEM centers motivate and engage young learners to get excited about science! This year I am going to implement STEM centers with my first-grade students. I want them to have the best learning experience possible and I feel as though self-guided learning through centers is the way to go. As a new teacher, I want to have the resources to meet the needs of every single one of my students. STEM centers require a higher order level of thinking for students and allow for them to gain a deeper understanding of​ the four areas emphasized through STEM: science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Please help me in providing meaningful and engaging learning in my classroom. Thank you!
