This year my students will be studying United States History and will be creating many projects throughout the year. One of these will be creating a project to compete in the National History competition. This begins at our school level where students will be chosen to represent our school at a regional competition, then state level, and finally at the national level. I am excited to see what they come up with and they have many different types of projects they could create from a standard exhibition to a documentary to a website to a physical performance! As many of you know, supplies can add up and every penny counts. It is so important to make sure these students have everything they need to succeed. We take things like crayons and colored pencils for granted and just assume that everyone has these. I know firsthand how many students don't have these basic educational supplies because they can't afford them and I never want a student in my classroom to feel left out or not included because of things that are outside of their control. This is why your donation is so very important. Thank you so very much in advance. You have no idea how much this truly helps.
