With an in-class library, I will be able to give my students the opportunity to dive into a story that they never imagined they would love. My classroom is a place where my students feel safe to venture out of their comfort zone and embrace learning at its core. These students do not have those opportunities or support from home, and they are missing out on a whole world of engaging academics because of it. Students need to love to read. It is that simple. And a teacher can change lives with the right materials. These books will inspire these students to push themselves, challenge themselves, and learn to love that fresh new book smell.
