The materials that I am requesting will be used in 80% of our art projects. Students will be experiencing many different techniques using many different mediums. We will be drawing Dr. Suess houses and self-portraits, painting fun sea creatures, and making mosaic masterpieces along with the ever popular plaster masks! Art education is essential in helping students develop critical thinking, problem solving skills, and creativity. This would not be possible without your help! The paper, pastels, paints, and other supplies will be used to make beautiful art that will adorn school and classroom walls as well as refrigerators and surfaces in homes. Not to mention the valuable experience in self-expression and creativity that these students will have!
