As a new educator, it can be overwhelming to understand which strategies to utilize with each particular student. For this reason, professional development is one of the most invaluable tools that we as educators can use for our students. In the Get Your Teach On National Conference, I will be shown the most current research-based practices to create an engaging and successful classroom environment. Various expert speakers including Hope and Wade King and Deanna Jump will share their knowledge and experience in the field of education. It is my sincere hope that this conference will allow me to better ignite a love of learning in my students for many years to come.
