I serve almost 90 students a day in my 5th grade science class in a small rural community in middle Georgia. I see a variety of students from special needs to gifted. I try to offer my students a creative learning environment and I believe the wobble chairs and stretch bands will enhance our classroom atmosphere. Especially in 5th grade, many students are yearning for independence and a sense of freedom. Offering students options, like the wobble chair which can be used at a table or desk offers them the freedom to move throughout the classroom while releasing extra energy.
