I teach at a Public School with students from all backgrounds. The thing that they all have in common is their love of learning and need to play! There are so many digital resources for this age that incorporate play/learning. iPads are developmentally appropriate at this age for understanding how to interact with these programs. These children learn best when instruction is tailored to each student, and when they can play and interact with the resources provided. During our Small Group time, students will be able to use these iPads with appropriate programs to further their skills in all things Literacy & Math. The programs I use are tailored to each student, individually, so that they can grow where they need to grow.
