Flexible seating is a chance for students to take responsibility in their learning and their behavior. When I walk into any establishment, I have a choice in where I sit. The same should be in the classroom. My classroom will offer many options for students to consider when learning. They can choose from bouncing on balance balls, rocking on stools, sitting on the floor with an inspirational pillow, relaxing on the couch, or leaning on the standing table when entering our classroom. It's imperative that this choice is theirs. This choice will be made daily, enhancing their decision making process, and honing in on what they need that day to make it as successful as possible.

About my class
