Flexible seating in our classroom will help students be more engaged in their learning. The colorful options will allow scholars to work in a variety of ways such as: independently, with a partner, and small group collaboration. By providing different seating arrangements, students can be comfortable in their environment and strive for greatness! Flexible seating allows students to engage in the 3 C's: Collaboration, Communication, and Comfort. The stools, cushions, and table will allow my students to gather comfortably and be active problem solvers. The furniture arrangements will prepare them for their future encounters with coworkers in real-life workplaces. With regular chairs, students are isolated from one another and that does not allow for sharing and expressing great ideas!
