Every high school students is required to take science in order to graduate. Why not make it a hands on learning experience that they will enjoy and learn from? My goal as a teacher is to give students an opportunity to apply the concepts they learn in the classroom. However, this goal is not so attainable as of now due to lack of materials. The materials in this project will be used by close to 100 students in a variety of different classes and labs ranging from soil tests in Plant Biology to pH tests in Food Science. Not only will these materials engage students in the classroom, but they will also prepare and train students for jobs in the science and agriculture industries.
