If this project was funded, my class will be able to explore different places through the different books they read. These books will enrich our classroom library and the students will have an opportunity to challenge themselves as they read on grade level, increasing fluency, and improving their reading skills. As the students are working in centers, each student will have their own book. In reading different genres, the students will become diverse learners that share different cultures and real-life experiences as they grow. Some my students are economically disadvantaged and these books will give them an adventure that they may not ever experience. Thank you for helping my students take be successful readers!
