In my small space, it is important that my students feel comfortable while they work. Many of my students have disabilities that affect their attention, sensory needs, and anxiety levels. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of where to work. My students will use flexible seating to stay focused and productive during speech and language sessions. Their seating options will reflect their general/special education classrooms with Flex-Space. These items will be used to give students choices as well as alternative seating for those who need it. The Flex-Space seating options are more comfortable than traditional classroom chairs, allowing my students to learn in a welcoming environment. I know that Flex-Space seating options will positively affect my students and help them achieve success!
