My students go through pencils daily and we need a good sharpener to provide that for us. We also need several grade level appropriate books for my students to succeed the best they can in reading time! All the materials that we use on a daily basis are setting my students up for success. Having a classroom rug will be wonderful for whole group learning which every student loves and needs to have access to. When I teach I always use lessons at the whole group carpet. They will learn to cooperate with each other which is a basic life skill to have. My goal as their teacher is to help them succeed in school but also in life. To get them ready for life outside school is a this teacher's goal. These resources will also assist them in taking responsibility for their belongings and duties. Books help them in loving to read, and assisting them in reading something they love. They will benefit from having the materials listed to allow them to enjoy their education and to have learning everyday! Other materials will be purchases with this donors choose project to help them create a learning environment that will help them succeed daily. School should be a place where they love to be and will be able to succeed because a teacher is doing the best they can to assist them in this process of becoming a great student!
