A large cozy rug will provide comfort to 435+ student bottoms. How would you like to sit on a cold hard tile floor as you attempt to focus on learning? With a large rug, students will be able to sit in comfort as they are given a mini lesson prior to starting their collaborative team work. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them and keeping their attention. The large neutral colored rug I have chosen will provide a more comfortable place for students to sit in front of the classroom ENO board. It would put an end to the cries and complaints I get when students are asked to sit on the tile floor. I am often asked by students why I don't have a rug like other classrooms. I simply tell them, I can't afford a rug that would provide them with the necessary space needed for the class sizes I teach. Please help my students by providing a large rug that will cushion their bottoms!
