I want to read the book Los Sobrevivientes with my students! They will be amazed that they can read any entire book in Spanish while learning some history, culture, geography, and of course new vocab all at the same time. We will read individually, in pairs, in small groups, and as a class to practice our reading, speaking, and listening skills. We will discuss the story together, make predictions, draw illustrations and write summaries to show understanding, and decide what we would have done...all in Spanish! By donating to my project, you will provide each student with their own book and help my students realize they can read an entire book in a different language!

About my class
