I am requesting these materials to give my students greater access to technology and hands-on learning. The headphones allow the students to focus on lessons on their chromebooks and not be easily distracted by classroom noise. We will use the library cards to help with our check out system within the classroom. We want literacy to be at the forefront of learning. By providing a classroom library, the students can read and grow daily. I have requested classroom supplies to help the students every day to stay organized and on task. They come to school with little or no supplies. They have no ability to provide notebooks or pencils or any other supplies. We will also use the materials to make privacy folders and create a welcoming, safe community for the students.
