In the world today there is a huge focus on the rising rates of childhood obesity. By allowing us to receive these materials, we will be ensuring success by helping them build muscular and cardiovascular strength as well as become more flexible, which is where beating childhood obesity begins. We will use each of these resources to teach them how to properly use each of these items. This will provide them with resources they need to not only participate in class but continue to do so as a recreational activity. With all of these covered we will be on the right track to beating childhood obesity!
