My students will love brightly colored tables with wipe off markers and erasers. These materials will help to make the transition to middle school smoother and provide them with quality tools to explore, engage and succeed in math this year! My plan is to use these resources daily with all sixty students so that they might enjoy learning about math, take pride in their classroom and foster working collaboratively with peers. Lastly, they will learn by drawing and writing about math each day with these resources! I expect that students will retain more math information and bond with their classmates using the provided resources and that will make me very proud as their teacher!
