Hello! My school is a new Chicago Public School that opened its doors in 2010. A large population of the students are English Language Learners (ELLs) who come from immigrant families. Over 90% of the student population receives free lunch, an indicator of income-level in the area. WR is a diverse learning community with over 34 languages spoken by students and their families. Our student population is growing every day and the school has become a vibrant part of the community.
