One goal this year is to create a maker space in class where students can build models like animal and plant cells made from recycled material. Another project that I would love to do is about animal behavior using termites. Students have to think if termites will follow a pen line and if so what color pen line do termites prefer. The last lab is about space exploration and I've had a hard time finding good activities. In the lab students have these "worms" that represent a human. Students have to take temperatures and create a space suit that will keep a human cool or warm while they are exploring space.
