Yoga is being offered for the first time in my High School. My students and I are excited about this new opportunity but we need the basic tools to get started. Without mats, there will be a lot of sore knees. There are so many wonderful benefits of Yoga! My students will learn how to bring calm into their lives and challenge their physical and mental capabilities. The Yoga mats will be a great asset to the P.E curriculum. They can be shared between classes and used for years to come. Thank you to everyone who donates to this project.
