My students need a set of the Sunshine State books for the 2019 – 2020 school year. With the addition of these books to my classroom library, my students will have a chance to participate in reading the Sunshine State books. These materials will become part of our permanent classroom library and will be available for the students to read throughout the school year. The purpose of the Sunshine State program is too encourage students to read independently for pleasure and to read books that are on, above, and below their reading level in order to improve their reading fluency. At our elementary school, we encourage students to strengthen their learning and broaden their horizons by reading and what better way than through reading Sunshine State Jr. Books. When kids get excited about reading, the possibilities are endless.
