I am looking to attend professional development to increase my passion and enthusiasm for educating my students. I want to bring back tips, tricks, and best practices to use in my classroom. I will be attending classes to teach me how to help keep my students engaged in learning while building their knowledge. This will help me develop rigorous curriculum will keeping the students fully engaged. I want to help my students feel empowered, motivated, and prepare them for state testing. My students have diverse needs and do not learn in a traditional manner. Teaching the student while having them fully engaged will only lead them to success. Please help me grow professionally.
