Hi! This is my fourth year teaching 2nd grade. This year I am interested in supplying my students with a "safe place" in my classroom and adding more to my STEM bins. In my safe place, I need tools, such as sensory items that allow my students an out. I purchased a small kids tent on Amazon and it is working well as my safe place. My list includes items such as a cuddle object for students to hug and squeeze, sensory foam, and some STEM items to promote different ways of thinking. I also have math and reading games as well, as these are helpful for stations and interventions. I would appreciate any help! Thank you!
