The lined desks we once occupied are quickly becoming a thing of the past. We acknowledge that daily crafts and naps are now glimpses of what school used to be. As educators, we recognize our role in creating an inviting environment where all students feel welcome and engaged. As we strive to enhance the minds of the future, we look to creative, evidence-based practices that promote high interest and increased retention. There is no doubt that these flexible seating options will do just that. Flexible seating will provide opportunities for students to "show what they know" in an unorthodox way.
