Having these stand mixers will go a long way with the students. Students will be able to leave their item to mix while prepping other items for their culinary creations. It will make the 1.5 hour classes more efficient, thus expanding their learning opportunities. These will be able to be used by more than one student and in more than one class. They will also allow for bread to be kneaded for extended periods of time, larger batches of items to be prepared and safety when mixing something hot into a secured bowl. These machines will make their learning experience more professional.
