Speed cubes can be used with multiple math standards. They provide an enriching, hands-on activity with lessons designed specifically around the order of operations, patterns, surface area, and volume. With your support, year after year seventh-grade students will be able to maximize their understanding of new math concepts with this engaging teaching tool. Many students have a hard time understanding why certain operations must be performed before others in complex mathematical problems. The speed cube provides students with hands-on experience to understand the significance of order when completing multi-step problems. Please consider enriching my students’ math curriculum and supporting this teaching tool.
