Additional sets of WeDo 2.0 will increase the number of students able to access the learning activity assigned. The plan is to build the number of sets available to 15. This project will increase the number of sets to 11 of the goal of 15 wanted for the classroom. Students will work in pairs, working step by step through an assigned hands on project at a pace that fits each pair’s learning style, with the opportunity to extend their learning beyond the assigned project. Working on topics in science and technology, students will take ownership of their own learning, working with various partners to accomplish each lesson’s goal, and then discussing other possible applications in the real world. This gives students the opportunity to learn how to share their ideas and listen to ideas shared by others.
