When a student enters LST room, he/she will go directly to a designated area to get their name labeled supply bag. Before he/she leaves, each bag should be placed back in the designated area. Each bag will have the following: ZIP TOP CLOTH PENCIL CASE: With (& for storing) 1 Pair of #2 Pencils, 4 rubber erasers, 1 set of black, red, & blue ballpoint pens, 3 highlighters, & one pencil sharpener with lid cover NOTEBOOKS & FOLDERS: One standard black & white composition book, 2 ruled (lined) 1-subject notebooks, & 4 colorful 2-pocket folders so kids can take notes & keep homework organized all year! SAFETY SCISSORS: For righty or lefty holders, plus handles are made to be easier for small hands STANDARD/METRIC RULER: For measuring inches and/or centimeters, & with 3 holes for easy storage in binders or the pencil case The expectations of maintenance responsibility, and the alert to get more supplies for refilling bags will be explained to each student.
