As my district moves from middle schools to a K-8 model, I need to provide my students with a learning environment that meets their needs. This isn't elementary school anymore! These materials will help them to separate from their phones an engage in a classroom that is comfortable, organized, and puts them at the center. Charging stations give kids a non-punitive place to put their phones, while flexible seating and furniture allow them to collaborate. Art supplies will give them a chance to get creative. Please help me turn an empty room in an elementary school into a place where middle learners can thrive.
