Each year, with the help of my students, we set up an organizational system binder that students take between home and school. The binder bridges the gap between students, teachers, and parents while providing communication, organization and instructional resources. During the COVID-19 pandemic there is a greater need for a new and improved binder that would include prepared lessons, notes, and lesson examples for every content area. We will call this binder our "Trailblazer Binder" to use in school and/or at home. This binder would provide students the opportunity to engage in pencil and paper activities while supporting both classroom or online instruction. Parents would also be able to navigate through assignments and help their children with the help of the Customized Table of Contents the dividers would provide.
