These Kindles will be used to support the ELA and math curriculum. In ELA the students will use the Kindles to work at the reading level on various literacy apps and to practice phonemic awareness and phonics activities. In math, the Kindles will be used to practice math concepts that are currently taught and to practice previously taught concepts. Additionally, the students will use the Kindles to become proficient with their addition and subtraction facts. The Kindles will help my students grow and succeed during their 1st grade year.
