My second grade students love flexible seating options, but I don't have many to offer. I would like to be able to give them more options to choose from! Throughout our busy day students are given the opportunity to work around the room. This allows us to break the day up by moving around the room keeping the student active yet engaged during the school day. Let's face it, no one wants sit at their desk all day long, not even teachers! We all love to move around the room and find special spots that help us focus to complete our best work. The beanbag chairs and fold-able seats are great for students who are reading or want to grab a clipboard and a comfortable spot work, while the the surf lap desk will be ideal for students using Chromebooks, and finally the rug will be a comfortable addition to the lowered work table that I received last year.
