I teach business subjects, for example, Principles of Business, Customer Service, Personal Finance, and Introduction to Business Computer Applications. In these classes, we do a lot of projects. I am using several ways for students to submit their assignments. Sometimes its electronic, other times the students have to print. Students need to look at a hard copy of their projects. When they do their business plans, it's easier for them to proofread it on paper. Computer classes need to print their letters, envelopes, and flyers to check the spacing of the print. It's easier for students to correct mistakes from paper.
