This will make a difference by keeping them still at their desks while they are learning or getting close enough to see what they are supposed to write. These chairs will give them the opportunity to sit comfortably while doing their work. Being comfortable will help them concentrate and focus on what is taking place in the classroom. They will be able to correct negative behaviors with positive ones and increase their scores and make themselves proud of what they have accomplished. My students will be noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of where to work.
