The flexible seating that I requested will give my students the opportunity to have a sense of ownership in where they in the classroom they want to learn. They will be provided with a comfortable environment which will hopefully allow them to be more engaged when learning. The stools and the medicine balls will primarily be used in the reading and science centers however the students can choose to replace their regular desk chairs with the different seating options if they are more comfortable.
