This project will help enrich student learning of the world around them. It will help supplement my curriculum in the classroom. I want them to be able to learn information comes from more than the internet. The TIME magazines provides beautiful interesting pictures to gain their attention and gives me the ability to extend the lessons past social studies into art activities. I want to be able to use the TIME magazines to “travel” the world and do a end of year family project with the knowledge the students gain with the TIME magazines. I’m also hoping to receive enough magazines so I may share with my partner teacher.
