It's time to add some technology to my classroom! These two Chromebooks will be used everyday in my 3rd grade classroom for both literacy and math to maximize student learning. In literacy, students will be able to access "just right" books, listen to reading, research facts for nonfiction writing, and publish writing. In math, students will be able to practice math facts and expand their overall math knowledge daily through various programs and apps. With these Chromebooks, students will expand their reading and math understandings, as well as learn and practice digital citizenship. In a world with increasing amounts of technology, it is so important for these young people to learn responsible, safe practices while being on technology! Two Chromebooks will increase the availability for students to practice what they are learning about digital citizenship.
