The flexible seating options will be used daily in my classroom. I want to give students the power of choice about what area and classroom furniture works best for them to learn in. Not all students are the same and they need options to explore where they can wiggle and get out from behind a desk, but still learn. Lap desks will be used for students who like to sit lower to the ground or during small/partner group work. The standing desks are a great option for students who have a difficult time sitting still, but need a usable work space. The chair bands and wobble stools are great for students who need to wiggle, but are okay to stay seated to learn. I am so excited to offer my students more options to enhance their learning!
