My goal is to ensure all of my students LOVE READING! There is a lot of pressure on Ohio's third graders to pass the Third Grade Reading Guarantee. While there is a great of test preparation that must be done, I strive to provide engaging and challenging lessons that empower and motivate my students. Next school year, I would like to do a Wax Museum Book Report using the "Who Was..." series. Students will select a person to study and use the book to guide their research. They will then dress like their person and present the information as if they were in a wax museum!
