These materials will help me get a head start on making my classroom feel like a comfortable, calming space where my students will enjoy coming to every day. I really want to create a classroom that makes my students feel welcome. I will be creating separate areas that will allow for personal space, choices, and different learning groups throughout the day. Since I am starting in my first classroom by myself, there are many things I will be buying and putting in my classroom to help make it feel home-like and happy. These items will help me greatly starting out.
