These choir folders will allow students to have a place to store thier music in the classroom in a more effective way. With the daily rehearsal and storage process the students are currently using, the flimsy cardboard folders fall apart halfway through the year, and students are left with defective methods for taking care of their music. Having a reliable music folder will help students to not only take responsibility for the care of their music, but to take pride in their choir program. A choir that looks good is confident, and a choir that is confident performs well. In our choir program, students are not only learning about the music making process, but they are learning life skills they can carry forever, including organization and personal responsibility. New music folders will help students develop these skills.
