Flexible Seating for Flexible Learning: My students need more flexible seating options to meet their learning needs in the classroom. As second grade students, we are learning a lot each day, and part of the learning is figuring out in what environment we learn best. Movement plays a large role in learning process. The more we are able to move throughout the day, the more we are able to learn. Having a choice in where to sit is an important step in our learning process. Flexible seating such as balance balls give students the opportunity to learn and sit in the environment that is best fit to their learning style and need to move!
