My students love to read. When they find a book that resonates, they devour it. Some of them, however, are more reluctant readers than others. They haven’t found that book that speaks to them yet. More classroom books with gripping storylines mean more kids reading and learning about the love of reading. My students want to see themselves represented in what they read, with plot lines that resonate with what they’re going through on a daily basis. I want all students in my room to find a book that they love, and this library starter is one way for us to get there!
