I teach intensive reading in a middle school classroom. My students are struggling readers and don't always love to read. One thing that they will always read is a graphic novel. Graphic novels help struggling readers learn to read because they can use the pictures to piece together the story rather than relying on just the words. My students that would normally be begging to not read are begging to read because they love these books! I also strive to have a comfortable learning environment for my students and these supplies would be a wonderful addition to my classroom. Thanks!
