TIME for Kids is an awesome resource for teaching current events. My school used to provide them, but no longer has the financial resources to do so. TIME for Kids always lines up our curriculum! My students will be so excited to have their own copy of a magazine. I would use the TIME for Kids during my social studies/science block. We would also do additional research on the topics in the TIME for Kids. Floor puzzles are a great way for students to problem solve with their hands. The puzzles would be used during centers and morning STEM stations.
